Author Topic: Gaming PC building site  (Read 1602 times)

I'm trying to find a good site for custom building a gaming desktop, one that preferably doesn't list only THEIR products and rather lists a variety of them. If anyone knows any good guides or sites, I'd really appreciate it. I'm not planning on buying my own desktop quite just yet but I wanna start thinking about it so I know what to look out for in the next couple years

Newegg. Best site you can find for PC parts.

It has parts from all sorts of sites like newegg and you can easily shop for the best deals on it.

This is going to make sure the parts are compatible, right?
Cause I wanna just choose the best parts in every category.

This will make sure the parts are compatible, but I agree with above poster. Newegg is great. They probably have something like what I posted from walmart.

I don't know a lot about cooling but I understand the importance of it, and I understand there's chemical and fan cooled, but what tends to be better? I've seen nitrogen cooled CPUs and they always look neat and spacey but I dunno about the practicality.

Anyone wanna share their knowledge?

good websites, have lots of models that you can customize to your likings
will warn you if something isn't right (ex. you need higher power supply because of certain parts)
