no the dedicated launcher is a .bat file

which is just fancy talk for a shortcut to blockland.exe with -dedicated at the end

it's opening my normal .exe launcher, not the console where it starts the server?
and I deleted my dedicated.bat file for my v20 folder. so that fixed the first problem
