the maps used to give a spark in the game, even though it was bunched up stuff coding back then when maps existed, maps were still fun because you could explore more, and still build

I understand that the removal of maps and the adding of S&S really made it easier for the development team.  Maps did mess up a lot of code and were all around gross to work with.  However, because of their removal many things have changed.  It's just not the same feeling of opening slopes, and skiing to the bottom.  Or building a "parkour game" in the bedroom.  I understand this "terrain" can be accomplished with bricks, but it's just not the same.  They aren't smooth, and are rather a hassle to download and ghost.

I understand that Badspot and the other put a ton of work into this update, and that it must be really discouraging to hear all of the drama towards your update.  People just miss what used to be, and I guess they just have to put it behind them and think about the upsides of the new system.

There is a limit. Add-on authors don't like said limit.
For this reason I'm giving it an 85/100

Half the time it's an artificial limit or it could be increased.

Also, the new game mode system sucks because it's completely inflexible. Badspot hasn't listened to any input on it and actively blocks attempts to improve it.
