photoshop is putting whitelines all over my gifs that I edit.

I just don't get it, it's not my fault because I go over twice with transparency on all layers, but apparently there's still huge white blocks over everything.

sure but if it white lines one more time I swear to god.
I changed the transparency options and thats pretty much the best it can go to on photoshop.
wait I accidentally saved as a gif lol my bad sorry. let me fix
