RTB randomly losing connection for anyone else?

sometimes whenever i open RTB and click something it says "connection failed to server, retrying" or some stuff
anyone else get this?

sometimes, when i first start up my computer everything else works fine and my id wont authenticate or rtb wont connect. i just restart bl and its better. idk why though

Sometimes i get a message like this:
