Also that's not even that bad, the 4770k has HD 4600 graphics. My laptop has HD 3000 and it can't even maintain that framerate for tf2 with a low-res config

no, if i turn down the settings and get the resolution to 960x540, then i am able to get a reasonably stable framerate (~30 to 60)
