This guy has been trolling our server for a really loving long time. He's been banned multiple times, but he's coming back. I'm not sure how. He is talking in unproper grammar for the last hour or so, and I know he doesn't usually talk this way. It's really pissing me and the other admins off. What should I do, since he finds ways to get back into the server, even though he's been banned.
