Author Topic: The Marines finally called me.  (Read 23166 times)

This thread became really really awful. The three people that made it a steaming pile of stuff all tried to blame everyone else, then blamed each other. Then they act like it got better or something, no it didn't all of you came in here and made yourselves look loving handicapped. I don't even get the purpose of this thread anymore. It seems like you made it without the intentions of taking any advice at all. You have your mind deadset on not joining.

TL:DR Thread is terrible because of terrible people

Nah, I wanted advice on how to handle such a situation and what things to consider if I were to join or not to join. I received the feedback I wanted (with some extra, unneeded posts).

However, the issue has already been solved. I don't see why you needed to post this, but it's alright now. There is no point in the thread anymore unless people bring back the original subject. I decided to consider joining in the future, but not right now.

I actually want something real.
are you trying to say that physical relationships aren't real compared to what you've got?

are you trying to say that physical relationships aren't real compared to what you've got?

It depends on the person. My relationship isn't relevant to other relationships. A relationship is as good as one wants it to be, no what kind of relationship it is -- if that's your question.

I'm saying that I'm enjoying it just as well as someone else in a physical relationship would because I, personally, feel that way.

Don't expect any more replies after this until tomorrow. I'm going to bed. Goodnight~

how can you say that when you're not, and have never been in a physical relationship?

how can you say that when you're not, and have never been in a physical relationship?

But I have, I just don't count it because I didn't give one single stuff about the person. I was just trying to help her through her parents' divorce and she was a cunt anyway.

Yes, I am still awake because I got distracted by an article. Goodnight for real now. We can continue this tomorrow. :)

how old were you at the time and what do you define as "physical"

WAT
Marines pretty much do everything. They fly, they're infantry, and sometimes they're stationed at sea.
the chairforce has nothing on the Marines C:
ik what marines do, they're just not cool, the only thing they have above others (imo) is their ability to intimidate people

ps I don't understand the whole "chairforce" thing, you're literally trying to make fun of people for getting to do their jobs without having to do physical work

Marines perform amphibious landings, other times they enter the area via helicopter or sometimes both helicopter and landing.  Also their shock infantry, their job is scare people.  They can also perform humanitarian duties such as going to a nation that had a nation disaster and they either carry bags of rice around or guard stuff if needed. Other humanitarian things that they do is the Toys for Tots program.  Their basic training is 13 weeks while the Army is 9 weeks.

The chairforce thing comes from the fact that the airforce has a lot of jobs that require sitting such as flying or working at a computer.

Freshman/Sophomore year of High School. We went to the same school and I did a lot of stuff that I regret doing because it wasn't anybody who deserved any of it.

I was at a point in my life where I just didn't give a forget because I was so depressed and saw an opportunity to try and help this new transfer student out and it evolved into way too much than I wanted it to be, so I was pretty much used and it wasn't very fun for me to have to deal with somebody else's bullstuff on top of mine.

Yeeeeah, not good times.

And no, I've never lived with anyone. But in the time before my girlfriend is ready to move out, I'm going to be living with another (ex) Blocklander after bringing him from PA to my state. I just have one more year until I can do that. He and I have been friends for years and it will give him and I plenty of experience with living away from home, so that should prepare me for living with my girlfriend a couple years after that.

Also hi, I'm back. c:

national socialists had the best uniforms

Not gonna lie but I agree with this one-hundred percent.

I took that test for the military like a year ago because my highschool teachers suggested it. I had no desire to join any faction of the military, but now I get letters from the Navy, Army, Air Force, etc. because I scored high. This one time two huge guys actually came to my door personally to talk about the military.

Anyway, good luck.
