How the forget has nobody realized that there's not supposed to be a damage number beside "Poke Power" and "Poke Body" things? Those are abilities (passive for Poke Body, once-per-turn for Poke Power) with their effects in the description. If it deals damage to those around it, it will say so in the description, for example:
Poke Power: Feminine Scream
Once during your turn, before you attack, Felix (Blah blah blah) eardrums. The defending Pokemon takes 200 damage.
Also has nobody else realized the site's font doesn't appear to do the e with a ' over it markings?
