I just had a sudden idea to share this with you all, but I was wondering if we could all contribute to this and post some neat terrain/formations with their accredited locations for some geographical eye candy. Luckily I live in a state where this kind of thing is an abundance, and finally paid a bit of attention to where I live. The land formation doesn't have to be naturally formed, but that's always welcome.
At any rate, this picture is from the Kennecott Copper Mine in Utah. They've literally spent decades blasting away at this place scrounging for precious metals. I just found it a bit pleasing to the eye (aside from the awful landslide) and thought it'd be worth it to share this.
