When you save it,there might be a thing where you can choose saving format.I`m not sure,maybe.

When you save it just add .cs on the end.

When you save it, change '.txt files' to 'all files'. THEN call it whatever.cs

Or, when saving the file, just make it Filename.cs, thats what i do, and they always come out as a .cs
