Blockland is WAY better than Roblox!

if roblox didnt follow a free to play model and actually made servers work decently fast it would be a way greater game. roblox has way better physics, in-game lua editor allows for greater possibilites, dynamic bricks allow for awesome things like brick cars and vehicles you can build, custom skins that eveyone can see, non brick shapes that are easily edited, you can actually change the dimensions of bricks in real-time, etc

roblox has many great features which I would love blockland to have

but definitely not this stuff

It's been so long since I saw this particular stuff, I'm just grateful it's not being compared to Minecraft.

Titanium's right. It's got some pretty cool things going for it. It's just drowned out by the... other things.

Roblox used to be a lot better. It had really talented builders and a really active community. It had LUA coding that was a million times easier to work with than Torque, it had block physics, it was free, and the building tools were a whole lot easier for my 11-year-old brain to understand and work with.

There was also a server that had giant mech suit battles with fully-functional mechs that shot missiles and you could blow pieces off of each other with BLOK PHYSICS.

And giant spaceship RPs with fully functional fighters, turrets, and things like hyperspace travel.

I like that Blockland actually let's you host servers on your own computer, rather than those atrociously slow servers Roblox has.
