I cannot change my avatar.

As you can see, my avatar isn't really funny to me anymore so I wanted to change my avatar to this:


Whenever I do it, I get this:


It seems to happen to other 75x75 avatars I place into it too. Here is the file size of the file: 4.83 KB (4,950 bytes)

I resized mine to 74x74 and it worked
