Well, my parents are pretty cheap so they aren't going to buy some $500 build.
I need something under $200, doesn't have to be excellent, just needs to be decent (aka not taking like 5 seconds to launch a program and not lagging majorly on games)
you're never going to get anything good for that cheap, especially if its a dell.
wait until your at least 14 so your parents can actually trust you with something over $50.
if you were my son, knowing you, i wouldnt ever buy you anything over $200.
