I was on badspots blockparty and people were talking about some filipe1015 or something and then mr queeba changed his name to that
I left, changed my name to his joined back, then he left in panic
I went to message him on RTB, then I saw he went offline because I was going to tell him I changed it back to what it originally was.
then I PM'd him and he responds 2 minutes after the drama was made

I was not exactly impersonating filipe, I saw a player say "Filipe2013 is the next filipe" and I changed it to filipe2013. I was not even trying to impersonate him.

Both you and Nal shouldn't be doing dumb stuff like this. Don't change your name or you can lose it for good. Nal don't go around stealing names.
