Enderman - Launches DoS Attack after being banned

Not much evidence besides the fact he was acting kinda strange and after being banned my console was spammed with punch packets from his IP. The attack was mild but cause a lot of lag and I shut down because of it.

Ravencroft and Renekar were there, they can back me up as they experienced the lag too.

The attack (I'm pretty sure it was one) caused my Blockland to freeze several times and my CPU meter was going at around 55 to 75%. And our network logs show several connections from the IP.
