A computer on the same network can't connect to me.

So recently, my brother has been wanting to play on my server, but everytime he tries to connect; he can't establish a signal to the computer right next to him. Other people can connect fine, and he can connect to a LAN server with ease, so what would I need to do to have him capable of connecting to my server.

Also, I am running a dedicated server.
