Prefab microhomes for $30k

This is pretty cool. This startup in Canada is trying to get funding to sell little prefab flat packed micro houses. I'd want to like buy one of these puppies and shack it up in the forest by a lake's edge somewhere. Wouldn't be bad for a bachelor.
