Yeah, title. I am using a Windows 7 PC. If possible, I would like it to include PiP(Picture in Picture) and not be Windows Movie Maker

$20 a month. If you're a student, you can get it at a lower cost or even for free.

Why do people jump to the conclusion that an editing software is expensive without doing research to get it cheaper?

OT, I use Vegas, but I recommend Premiere a bit more because you can import/export things from other Adobe software. For example, edit a clip in After Effects, then export it into Premiere.

Would 11 year olds even count for the student thing

I got Adobe CS4 for free when I was 11. But that was through a third party, due to me being interested in Flash animation. So I would say kind of. A senior at my school was also able to get a copy of Maya for free, so it doesn't just apply to Adobe products.

I have a copy of every Adobe program for free because my dad does work for Kelby Media

I researched it (five months ago) and it was somewhere in the infinity expensive universe.
Any way to get this for a cheaper price?

Does this apply to me?

To answer your questions, and to repeat myself, Vegas Pro isn't only form of Vegas in existence. I'm referring to Vegas Movie Studio HD, which is only $40. Its really pissing me off how people assume something is expensive when they don't try to find a cheaper way of getting it. Sorry for being bitchy. I'm autistic.
