Author Topic: ban for showing drug use  (Read 1105 times)

I'm curious if badspot will ban users who post gifs or IRL videos of people using drugs such as heroin, cocaine, or other illegal substances. Even if its related to the topic at hand or a specific post.

What do you think.

are you planning to upload a video of your stoner party or something

No its just purely curiosity.

ya, curiosity to see if you can upload a video of your stoner party

If you have to think about or ask if you're going to get banned for posting something, you should probably just not post it. Keep in mind the audience of this forum.

What about the recreational drug thread tho

Yeah, I really don't think it's a problem.
But Ephailtes advice is good.
Plus you don't want to incriminate yourself, if what you're posting is about your own actions.

I think that it wouldn't be allowed, but then again I think everyone on the Recreational Drug Thread would be banned now by this point if it was prohibited to do on here. It's not a smart move to publicize an illegal act you committed/commit regularly.

Police welcome the use social platforms to incriminate oneself

I'm pretty sure he lives in California and he's never had a picture of it outside of his house. Law dictates in California and other states with medical marijuana legal that you cannot smoke pot outside of your house, and that it's only legal if you have a prescription. It's not an illegal drug and as such the police cannot indict you for it.
