Author Topic: Is there a way to get rid of cavities?  (Read 2716 times)

Brush your teeth, eat non-acidic / junk food, drink better drinks etc.

Were they full cavities or just gap fillings? I've had one cavity before and the dentist gave me a shot but with the gap fillings there was no numbing used; just grind the surface of the teeth a bit and fill it in with resin.

No I have has 2 cavities during my whole life and they did not numb at all. I have had an occasional gap filling and trust me I know the difference.

Is coke as bad as the dentist said or are they just exaggerating?

My dentist told me it wasnt about the mount of soda you drink but when you drink it.

anyway i had to get a root cbrown town and i dont recommend it

Mix some coconut oil into your toothpaste, or just use the coconut oil as toothpaste. Overall my dental hygiene habits are pretty horrid, but since I started doing that I've noticed a significant increase in overall mouth health (plus slightly whiter teeth, although that may or may not be related). It (almost certainly) won't fill in existing cavities, but it'll at least deter new ones from forming.

Also, Listerine Ultraclean. Use that once a day, after eating supper, for 1 minute. That'll help, too.

Your gums or something are probably inflamed. It is good that you brushed your teeth, it will reduce inflamation.
