I'm on the swim team for my school
I go everyday from 5:00 to 6:30 except for weekends

i did swim team awhile ago and me and my friends ditched practice and just sat around in the locker room each day

one time we picked the lock to some kids locker and threw all his stuff in the pool and left

Almost did, realized I'd have to get rid of my luscious locks

Uhm... Swim cap?

I only swim seasonally for my development, but I place in most of my events despite not practicing and my high school is bugging the stuff out of me to start swimming. The problem is that I can't make two meets a week.

Though I have this awesome leopard print swim cap that I wear because it is badass.

I just got done swimming 3 miles. Every time I finish I need to take the most wicked of dumps.

Speaking of which I'm off to the can.

I was, I made it to state finals. Was about 3-4 years ago.

I'm surprised that there are actually people on swim team here. My PR for a 50 yard is like 26.97 seconds or something, and I'm hoping to break it at my next meet

Swimming has to be the hardest sport I have ever tried. I'm not normally much of an athlete, but I had to help my group in one camp I was at, they were missing a person. I mean, I already felt kind of out of shape, but I could at least run a mile or two and recover pretty quickly. But swimming, eugh

I guess I thought I was a much better swimmer than I actually am, because I swam 100m and nearly collapsed of exhaustion right then and there. Every bone in my body ached, lol

Swimming and even just playing around in the pool like really makes you lose weight fast.

Been swimming for about two years now, I moved into Varsity this year and it's pretty nice except for the 5:30 morning practices.

Any serious swimmers? Times?? Distance???
