No, i'm giving you a honest rating because you shouldn't get babied.
The art is stuff, it looks like zero time and or effort was used to make it, like everything else you make. It looks like you must have torrented an old version of Adobe Flash from somewhere because I highly doubt someone bought that for you.
You used the fill tool to fill up all of the sections, resulting in terrible white lines.
Everything about it just seems overall lazy and terrible.
If you're going to bitch because i'm critiquing you, then just stop asking for people's opinion on your art and then just stop doing art. You either get better, or continue to be awful.
