i dont know amd stuff, but is that a single core cpu? that cant be right.
its a dual 1.5. thats pretty low end for anything.

but either way, there is no video card.

so for a 400 dollar machine that can do what you want but not games. its a decent price.
but you would be better off buying a 400 dollar tablet or something.

If you want a nice computer and are on a budget pretty much the only way to go is building it yourself.

Go here and you can select parts and it will automatically make sure you have no compatibility issues.

My advice, try to find at least a 1 gb gpu, a quadcore at something like 3.2 ghz, maybe a dualcore for lighter gaming, and 8gb of RAM.  Storage and peripherals are your deal.

2. Build your own(It's really worth it.)
