is that your server?

i'm guessing it isn't but the server was probably lagging or they have terrible internet or something

He most likely restarted the server, but it restarted fast enough to stay posted on the master server, so it queried it but got no response until it loaded, which was about 27 seconds after you sent out the ping, hince the 27734ms ping. If you re-queried the master it would be normal again.

Recreated it and did a side-by-side comparison. The original photo is on the top, my recreation on the bottom. It seems to be the imgur homepage or an image on imgur without a name. I seriously doubt this is an arg or some stuff.

Well you send a 'ping' to the server's host and they send one back and it gives you the time in milliseconds that it took. The server could be either messing with that or they have really stuffty internet. Probably not your fault. Now that I look at the servers below with 1000 ping. I don't know.
