Author Topic: no halo.... but all this other stuff? (Read 4164 times)

see, I've seen countless posts we're people are like "make a halo map!""make a halo gun!""make a halo vehicle!" and everyones like "KEEP HALO OUT OF BLOCKLAND" well what about LOTR? or Pokemon? or all the other stuff you guys role play with! i just don't get it, i you let all this other stuff come into blockland but not halo?
but then you see... people say "well halo is an FPS and blockland isnt" well we've made it that, we also have arwings and other stuff from other things! i just don't get it.

to wrap this up, I'm not a halo fan. i like the halo vehicles, and I'd love to run over a blockdude with a warthog. i just don't see why not

Halo is to Blockland add-ons as Sonic the Hedgehog is to fan-art. It is the hallmark of poor quality. I'm sure if someone made good quality halo vehicles or weapons that were in the Blockland style we would like it, but currently our opinions are tainted by the massive quantity of halo crap and the general immaturity of those making the requests.

Lul. Whatever. Halo is cool and such, but it doesn't fit into Blockland at all, so thats why they look like crap. Because people are trying to make them blocko. Everyone is trying to make everything her blocko.

Helena, why do you post? You don't even play BL, back to real topic.

We don't really need halo vehicles, and we had 'em in RTB anyway, that was enough for me. But I do agree with the fact that we bring Pokemon and all of that other stuff into the game, when we don't bring in the most popular game, but halo is already big enough so, why just keep making it larger.

and azazel i kind of agree with you, its overrated but its not a mediocre fps, its quite good.

Even if that is your just your opinion, which it is, you've probably never just play a Pokemon game. And that's not even any reason to make a Pokeball. The Pokeball was made because whether you like Pokemon games or not, the Pokemon mod is fun.

Not only did that make no sense, because stupidity is an adjective, not a noun. But it was a dumb thing to say. Pokemon games have always been some of the biggest sellers for portable systems.
