weird semi circle next to uretha?

so I was fapping with a mayonnaise jar
I have this strange semi circle to the right of my uretha. it is a bit darker than my tip's color. it causes me no pain however. anyone else had this before? what is this? also I fapped like 5 hours ago. I know you guys aren't a substitute for a doctor but I don't want I waste time going to a doctor fr something normal.

step one for these things is to wait it out. if it goes away then no problem. if it doesn't, then you can ask people for advice instead of a doctor if it's not an emergency
