How to Fix RTB Overlay

well thx to steam, i can use it to chat to blocklanders about x1000 easier then the irc.
giving me basically no reason to be opening up rtb overlay at all.

CTRL+I for RTB and Shift+TAB for Steam.

i've always used ctrl+r for some reason, it's just a nice one handed combination
