iTunes is pretty slow on Windows. I only notice it when starting up though.

Just use iTunes. Or use iCloud.
Your options for backing up your iphone.
If you didnt want to use itunes you should of gotten an andriod phone.

I think WinAMP allows you to sync with iOS devices.

Also, no company is going to go out of their way to make a alternative to something that functions perfectly.

it technically works fine, yes. but gosh dang it's got some issues on windows

it's a shame copytrans doesn't work for him; it has nice, simple drag and drop controls for adding songs to my iPod and I don't have to do any stuffty full syncing and stuff.
