I haven't read pages 2-6, but it looks like it may be a backdoor to me. There's really no way to make a torquescript file to give yourself any level of admin. It's most likely the host installed a script that gave him permission to become admin.

The password must have been easy to guess, which is why you wither should make it complicated or do not have a password on it at all. Same with server passwords. It is like saying putting "a" as your super admin password is just plain stupid.
