Problem with linking to Steam

Hello, I've been having a problem with key conversion to Steam. When I saw Blockland on Steam, I went to the website to transfer my key. I've been there. After transfering it, it said there was a problem. I tried again, then this text appeared:

"SteamID: ---
Looks like your Steam account is already tied to Blockland ID ---."

The game doesn't appear on my game list. What might be the problem?
