Well it is his server.  Not that I praise his actions, but he can do whatever he wants. If it was one of his other admins though, it'd be different.

I disagree on some levels. Yes its his server but that doesn't give him the exuse to randomly ban anyone without reason.

I wouldn't write a drama on it.  Maybe yeah, I'd be ticked, cause it's happened before.

I get what you're saying, but (in my area) people/animals are allowed to be shot for invasion of property (even property lines).  Now of course, the person has to be a threat, and some innocent person joining a server getting banned is frowned on.  I don't know if the OP is telling the whole story or not.  If the whole story is true, then okay I take back what I said.

I tell the truth, Ask EnjoyedBen2002, he was with me in the server and he got banned by running around shooting him with a grenade launcher. He will tell you morei nformation.

Plus i still dont get how many people were just freebuilding and not rpeing and they didnt get banned.

That depends on two things:
Is it his property?  In the case of this being his server, then it is.
Is his being threatened by the OP and his friend?  No.  Even from a legal parallel it doesn't work.

In the case of online game hosting, you are not obligated to play on the server, and frankly are not entitled to the presumed right to have a good time.  The host could put you through hell in-game while keeping his actions everything short of illegal and have nothing wrong with him, with the exception of breaking moral codes and community-defined societal standards.
