Yes, yes it is. That and gluteus maximus. Congrats destroyer, I had over 600 hours of volunteer time as a sports medic shadowing every sport in my high school and I am also certified in CPR. It feels amazing knowing you can do something to help others. That's why I am currently a pre med student. Hopefully you wont need to use your skills anytime soon man!
