Q: Mini Empires? How is this any diffrentThis particular ME is in the style of Terraria
Now that we have that out of the way, let's explain some mechanics
1: The Dusk is EVIL, The Spectre is KINDA-GOOD, they are both biomes.
1a: The Dusk is Evil due to the fact that it wants to take over the entire world, and kill the life forms in it, if you make an alliance with the Dusk, your race/empire will be spared, but, the Spectre is more likely to launch attacks against you.
1b: The Spectre is kinda-good due to the fact that it wants the dusk to be gone, but it's going to use your empire to clear the Dusk, if you make an "alliance" with The Spectre, your empire will be given benefits, and it will not kill you. If you do not join the Spectre by the time it takes over the world, you're going to die.
2: Taking over empires is a bit different
If you attack an empire, be sure to weaken it, how do you do this? You take over the individual towns and production centers, if an empire does not have any production centers or no towns excluding the capital, it is practically free territory. If you attack a capital directly, you'll have a harder time, as the empire being attacked will most likely train more troops, or get it's existing troops from the other towns, however, if you do manage to take over the capital, the empire being taken over will have no central government, and the empire will be easier to tackle down.
Also, i'd like for this to happen during attacks
Warmongering is allowed, but attacking every single empire at once will end up with you in the "Dumbest Empires" chart.
3. You can be any race
There are restrictions though
Immunity to only ONE disease
Immunity to only ONE thing humans are likely to die from (e.g mercury)
Only "superpower" allowed: Flight(with wings
4. You start with 2 houses, 10 people

1.The world's races were wiped out 20 million years ago by an self-aware AI, now locked in a highly sealed bunker, this is basically the first boss.
2.The Dusk and Spectre activate
3.The bunker was discovered, but not touched
5.Liriam Empire founded!
6.The Blood Moon rose
7.Many civilizations founded
8.1770 comes
9. Now
