Each page on the list only shows 100 BLIDs. There are 486 pages on the list. That equates to 48,600 BLIDs (although there aren't that many yet). It's not a linear system, for some strange reason.

Yeah, around 10,000 people have bought the game since it came out on steam. That's an insane amount in such small time.
