There are probably more.  All of these accounts have been banned for separate incidents.  In the past I have also been forced to deactivate his account for chat flooding in-game (which he denied months later in an email).  He has also purchased (stolen?) keys and funneled them to dotdotcircle and company for their friendry.  He has created forum accounts specifically for the purpose of harassment and spam.  He is never going to change.  The only thing we can do is isolate him from society.  You should not be friends with this person.  The only interaction you should have is adding his new names to your ban list.

Who in the right mind would buy that many keys and do the same stuff over and over again after they just got their other keys revoked? Seriously, this is just a building game; there is absolutely no reason to DoS someone just because they're an annoying user.

Also, if you spend over $100 dollars on a game for a repeated offense, I think it's time for you to leave it and forget about it.
