Not that, I think if you remove ANY brick you should get score corresponding to the size. Also, a server option to nullify trust in minigames and another option to check if it applies to public bricks.

in real life you can move things without having to buy them again.

if this mod is to work correctly without getting money back, there should be a special mode in which you can build your structure and the bricks stay as ghost bricks, and then you can confirm whether you would like to build this structure or not...though, i'm sure this would be a bit complex.

this still would be good for making sure you don't make mistakes, rather than if you were to make a pop up dialog asking if you're sure every time you plant a brick.
