it seems like currently many people tend to think their steam friends would make perfect admins/moderators, only to result in them either neglecting their duties or abusing adminship. REMEMBER: SOMEONE YOU RANDOMLY MET ON GMOD AND DECIDED TO FRIEND YOU ISN'T A REAL FRIEND YOU CAN TRUST. yeah, its common sense and all, but i've seen it happen way too often today.

- Has shown that they are trustable. (No or few forum bans, etc.)
- Is one that you are a friend with.
- Is one that you trust.
