Sure, but I think it's bad to insult and humilate someone which never had any experience with english before, which might be completely different than his main language, I'm really sure with patience and consideration he will learn english just fine, but saying things like "leave the forums you're not welcome" is just wrong, how do you expect him to develop like that?
