There is also server4you. They have ridiculously good prices, but I hear the main downside is poor customer support and more frequent than average network issues.

I've hosted a forum with 130+ members on 000webhost for 6 months (not anymore). You probably forgeted with their TOS.

Anyway, I've been using hosting24 for a couple months now, and I love it.

No, I use Siteground. I don't particularly recommend it, but I also don't particularly un-recommend it- erm. Well. Yeah.

They've changed their promises mid-plan. When I started, they had said I had unlimited bandwidth and storage. Now my bandwidth and storage both have a cap (still not close to using it up though). I guess they're pretty good.

I've read it. I've broken their TOS by sending mass mail before, they told me why I was suspended and they unfroze the site.
