There was a Badspot on the server awhile ago.

He can't be legally pursued.

1. I don't think anyone is 100% sure that it is Oliver Esmann, although proof backs to it.

2. He is in a different country from the master server or something.

3. Ephialtes doesn't think it's worth the time and trouble.

It's a french site. My computer requests pages in german.
The translations are terriable.

It's a service that comes default with Xubuntu, I wouldn't expect perfection.
