He was clearly being dismissive at the start of the thread and already breaking the rules. He didn't read them, he didn't pay attention he didn't listen to anyone's warning. He deserves to get banned now, and most likely will. He took it way to far. You're right.

But in the same respect, you oh so terribly wrong.

Why is he going to get banned? For retaliating against all of you starfishs, who made this thread to gang up on him, call him handicapped and tell him to leave the forums and community. Again, all I can say is the way the majority of you acted is pathetic. If this is how you are going to treat the new members of our community - you won't have a community anymore. How you beat people down and get them to conform until they are exactly how you want them is disgusting.
