Well of course Blockland can run shaders and maps well. There are games out there that are running shaders with completely destructible interiors with millions of polygons on screen.
The issue is simply that Blockland is not made by a AAA title game production company, and Kompressor does not have the time nor the skills to rewrite Torque to the point of supporting both. The only reasonable way we could adopt interiors and shaders as a package is if we upgraded to Torque3D, which will not and should not happen.
