I'm almost certain that was the objective of the DDoS.
We have a reputation for throwing awesome new years parties. I guess somebody got jealous
It's funny they do this the day before I'm going to finish and release my new game.

What I'm saying is that he thinks some random person who in a magical way got the master server adress and proceeds to ddos it is a possibility.
Which in this case is really, really unlikely and dumb.
