you're missing my point
jagex's stuffty system wouldn't let you use any of the accounts without answering security questions first
you may be able to use the email instead of security questions, which would make my statement invalid. but i don't know.

edit: i think you actually have to turn on jagex shield manually. which could be a problem.
edit2: yep every account i went on to test that wasn't locked and had correct info did not have shield enabled.
