As a BP member, I'll give you a full critique.
I wouldn't bash it as bad, but the brickcount is extremely low. Generally people spend at least a couple of hours making build applications for any clan. Making a larger build would give a clearer idea of the range of your skills, since now the only substantial piece that you built was the desk and chair. You should really build the shelves yourself instead of using props, since at the moment they don't show much skill in minor details. Making a larger build would allow you to use a wider variety of lighting too, since all there is now is a bulb light and a couple of dimmed greens which don't really light up anything or show your abilities in lighting. I can understand if you wanted to go for a 'futuristic' or 'modern' look by having plain walls and ceiling, but this again shows very little skill in interior building. You should include some details in both – at least add a light fixture attached to the ceiling for instance, since there is nothing to light up the room fully at the moment.
As a suggestion, you could build multiple studies each with different styles and color schemes, and some unique features to better show the range of abilities you're claiming to have, for instance an ancient Roman, medieval, victorian and modern study. Or you could build a house interior to connect with this!
As for the rating, which I'll be cruel but fair with:
- no substantial display of awareness of colors or their use, which is critical to interior building
- undetailed space, only the desk and chair can really be judged in this build, which are very basic especially since you used a chair brick and a print brick for the computer
- lack of functional lighting for the room: a table lamp can't reasonably be expected to provide general lighting for the whole room
- no unique features to make the build stand out; a plain room with a desk and two prop brickshelves is nothing new and shows little inventivity in design
- little to no ability shown in minor detailing
- the space has not been utilized fully; from what I see I assume that the other side of the room is completely empty!
