There are tons of techniques but this attack, like many others, is probably a mix of distributed attacks and spoofed sources.

If it's bringing down all these servers then it's most likely a botnet that he's renting.

Pengie is Nalenthi though? I've never known Pengie to act like that, and her profile says she's from England, not Canada, so i doubt she has any relation to this mess or Man of Reason
