Many topics in this forum are designated to Speed Test results so people can have bragging rights to what their parents are paying for so they can feel better about themselves.
Example:
The time is 2 hours behind what mine is for some reason, any speed can be put in but there is a maximum of 999 mb/s per input box (rounds to 1000). The servers have some glitch where you can send fake packets to the server and make it appear to have a legit speedtest result directly from the server, the images are hosted on the speedtest.net server and not some fake chinese stuff.
All speedtests can be believed to be legit but it is always possible to fake them...if you want the program pm me.
Do not believe peoples speedtest results if they are abnormally high, therefore don't go suck up to kids who just use fake results.
