It's pretty good for a first build, a few tips though, don't use 1x1's, although this is good for detail in some occasions, it was good in this build's case.

Aside from the amount of 1x1s, I'd say it's a damn good first build.

General overall shape of the build is wonderful, but as it's been said, larger bricks.

Realistically speaking, it should have maybe 2-3 more layers of rings
The light is always accessible with an outward railing for service
Try a different color for glass (white)
Try and curve/round the build a little more, otherwise it seems square

That is a really great first build, better than what 80% of the community could do on there first build's, just try to use larger bricks, otherwise its pretty nice looking, one thing I find weird looking is how there is some rock on the front side but none on the other, try to give the other sides some of that too as light house bases are usually a rocky surface with some moss. But still, I like it.
