I have thought about the VPN possibility.

But I have come up with the conclusion that a) This attacker is to dumb to figure that out b) It located this IP on his iPhone which as far as I am concerned does not share the VPN that his computer does. c) I have double crossed checked to find all VPN or proxy addresses with this IP and it does not exist.

Ask to see if they have a Skype name so I can try and trace.

He got my IP, A picture of my chat log with him was even in the OP for a while with my IP.
